Refund Policy

For Product Demos transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle Refund Policy is the primary source of truth for refund handling. Unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle, Product Demos transactions processed through Paddle are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Paddle may issue refunds at its discretion, where required by law, or where mandatory consumer rights apply. Paddle may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.

Product Demos does not deduct separate processing fees from refunds that Paddle approves or requires, and Product Demos does not impose separate usage-based or discretionary approval gates beyond Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law.

Refund requests for Paddle transactions should be submitted through Paddle buyer support or the Paddle buyer portal where available. Product Demos support may help review the product context and initiate or support a request with Paddle, but refunds are processed by Paddle.

Please include the email used at checkout, the Paddle transaction or subscription reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

If the service does not work as expected, contact Product Demos support first so we can investigate the product issue, help restore access, or provide context for a Paddle refund request.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact Paddle buyer support for payment or refund assistance. Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, we recommend contacting Paddle so the issue can be reviewed through the buyer support process.

Fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulative behavior may lead to suspension or termination of access, while mandatory consumer and payment-dispute rights remain unaffected.

You may cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the subscription will not renew for the next period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid period unless a refund or legal requirement ends access earlier.

If a refund is issued, Product Demos may end or reduce access to the paid plan, related paid features, or account entitlements connected to the refunded transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law gives you stronger refund, withdrawal, cancellation, defective-product, or payment-dispute rights, those rights apply.

Paddle currently describes statutory rights for some regions as follows: EU/EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right where applicable; Turkey and Israel consumers may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right; South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada consumers may have a 7-day unconditional cancellation right; Singapore consumers may have a 5-day unconditional cancellation right.

Using, downloading, streaming, or otherwise benefiting from digital content or services before a withdrawal period ends may affect refund eligibility where allowed by applicable law and Paddle terms.

The English version of these legal documents is the primary version for Product Demos. Translations are provided for convenience and should be interpreted consistently with the English version, except where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger local rights.
