Product Demos provides software tools for recording product workflows through a Chrome extension, creating screenshot-based or HTML-assisted demos, publishing public demo links, embedding demos, and reviewing engagement analytics.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, ensuring that workspace members are authorized to access shared content, and using the service only for lawful personal, professional, or business purposes.

You may use Product Demos as an individual, freelancer, creator, member of a small team, or representative of an organization.

If you create or manage a workspace for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization and to allow workspace members to access its content.

If you use Product Demos as a consumer or individual, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country if higher, to create an account, start a paid checkout, or buy a subscription.

You retain ownership of screenshots, HTML snapshots, step text, media, branding, leads, analytics context, and other content that you or your workspace submit to Product Demos.

You grant Product Demos the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and operate that content so the service can provide capture, editing, public viewing, embedding, support, and analytics workflows.

Product Demos is intended for product education, sales enablement, marketing, onboarding, support, customer-success workflows, and similar lawful personal, professional, or business uses.

You must not use Product Demos for unlawful activity, deceptive product claims, infringement, malware, unauthorized surveillance, credential harvesting, outbound telemarketing, tech-support-scam activity, physical-goods sales, or services that violate Paddle policies or applicable payment scheme rules.

Paid plans are subscription services. Unless a checkout or order form states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled.

You may cancel a subscription with effect from the end of the current billing period through the account experience, Paddle buyer portal, or support. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a past billing period.

Product Demos uses Paddle Billing for paid checkout. For transactions completed through Paddle Checkout, Paddle acts as reseller and Merchant of Record, processes payments, handles applicable sales tax calculation and remittance, and provides buyer payment support.

Product Demos provides product access and fulfilment after Paddle confirms the transaction. Access changes tied to billing must be based on trusted server-side billing records and Paddle webhook events.

Product Demos, its software, design, infrastructure, documentation, and trademarks remain owned by Product Demos or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Product Demos technology to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that content captured or uploaded into Product Demos does not violate third-party intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or publicity rights.

Product Demos may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, product improvement, or abuse prevention.

Access may be suspended or terminated if an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, causes payment disputes or chargeback risk, or uses the service in a way that threatens the platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with disputes heard in the courts of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to another forum or stronger protection.

Product Demos may be unavailable, restricted, or discontinued in countries or regions where providing the service would conflict with sanctions, export restrictions, Paddle requirements, payment network rules, or applicable law.

You are responsible for checking whether your use of Product Demos complies with local rules that apply to your content, industry, audience, workplace, or regulated activity. Product Demos does not promise that the service is suitable for every local regulatory requirement.

Product Demos is provided as a hosted software service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every customer environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Demos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
